Decade Makeup

Prerequisite: Corrective Beauty or relevant training or experience.

Fashion repeats itself which is why knowledge of decade makeup is a must for every makeup artist. Decade makeup, also known as period makeup, is a popular area of study for both professional and personal interests.

During our class portfolio photo shoots, students can also borrow vintage wardrobe accessories and wigs from our collection.

• Makeup and fashion history
• Makeup trend applications from the 18th century, 1920’s, 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s, and 1980’s
• Detail lip, eye liner and brows
• Lash application
• Eyebrow blocking techniques
