A Day of Glam & 3D Gore!

Catch these last minute end of summer workshops both offered on the same day and fun for all ages from 11 up. We’ll start the day off from 9:30am-12:30pm doing avant-garde runway and the latest trends in fashion makeup.  After a one-hour lunch break we will begin a 3D Makeup FX workshop from 1:30-5:00pm. Each workshop ends in a photo shoot. All digital photo files will be distributed to students.

Runway Fashion Makeup Workshop

Ready, set, strut…if you have the guts! Get ready for avant-garde high fashion runway looks and the latest trends in fashion makeup taught during Portland’s Fashion Week! We may not be New York, but we try our best. Bring your A game and your favorite trend-setting wear, cause we’ll provide the Cat Walk for those who dare. We’ll also be taking fashion photos in our pro photography studio, so bring it on!

Supplies:

• Limited rental kits are available at $15 each. Please check availability. Kits include brushes, eyeshadow palettes, blush, foundation, powder, mascara, spoolies, lipstick palette, eye and lip pencils, eyebrow shadow or pencil, highlight, mixing palette and spatula, contour, glitter, shimmer, lashes and anything else needed.
• Kits for purchase are not available. Please bring your own supplies if you will not be renting one.  Refer to above list.

3D Makeup FX Workshop

Makeup is magic as you’ll see in this creative 3-dimensional makeup effects workshop using molds, making prosthetics, and painting and blending edges to create both realistic and over the top fx illusions such as bones, boils, scars, and monster fx. Go ahead and wear your worst for this class, cause there will be blood! As always, we will include pictures taken in our professional photo studio.

Here’s what you need: A model to apply makeup on, or you can work on yourself!
